About the Chef

I love to feed people! From Thanksgiving dinner for
my “orphaned” co-workers, to leaving a meal for a
workaholic friend, to impressing a date with a romantic
dinner (it worked on my husband!), it’s always made
me happy to see people enjoy my cooking. And as far
back as I can remember, I was helping my mom in
the kitchen with everything from baking to canning.
My personal chef business allows me to do
what I love for people everyday.

My passion is the unpretentious cuisine of Italy.
I love how simple preparation and a few fresh,
quality ingredients can create such gastronomical delights.
Several trips to Italy have only increased my affection for this
country’s cooking and their love affair with food.

I am a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy and a premier
member of the US Personal Chef Association.
